INSTRUCTIONS -- PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Please use the email links below to request changes to your ice schedule.  The expectation is any changes have already been agreed upon by the impacted teams.

• If you are requesting referees for a home game/scrimmage use the Referee Request page
• This should be used for adjusting game times if you are notified of a game change by the other association.
• If you are trading hours with another team.  Please advise who agreed to the change from the other team.
• As you get your tournament ice schedules, feel free to add games yourselves.  Use this form to have the Tournament place holder entries removed/changed.
• if a change to a team's schedule is needed, email the ice schedulers and include:

         1)  Name and contact info

         2)  Team and your role with team (coach, manager, etc)

         3)  Describe Request

• If you need to Change a Home Game:

         1)  Email ice schedulers to determine potential make up dates

         2)  Review opponents Sports Engine web page to see available dates for make up

          3)  Once agreed upon by both teams, submit change request to District 8 (www.minnesotahockeydistrict8.com) and click on the       Game Reschedule Form tab.  This will walk you through the steps to submit a request for a new game date.

• If you will be changing an away game date (due to a request from the opponents team) or adding a tournament -  contact the ice schedulers so the published Sports Engine schedule can be changed appropriately.
•  if you choose to use a solo practice slot for a scrimmage, add the scrimmage information to the team's existing schedule in Sports Engine.  
• if you choose to have an away scrimmage, please contact the WSPHA team that you were scheduled to share the ice with so they know your team's plans.
• if your teams changes ice slots with another teams contact the ice schedulers to update the Sports Engine schedule and include who on the other team concurred with this change.
• if you have a scheduled solo and will not be using the time slot, please let the ice schedulers know
